On 5th July myself and a team of SAS Employees will set off from London to
Amsterdam - this is a 300 mile bike ride and will certainly be a challenge raising
money and awareness for Mental Health UK.

Poor mental health affects more people every year than cancer or heart disease -
Every Year, one in four of us are affected by mental health problems. Living
with a mental health condition can effect many aspects of daily life, from
your physical health to your home, your work and managing your money.
