Anybody that knows me knows that I am NOT a runner, however along with many colleagues from Dentsu Aegis I have taken on the challenge of running a 10K on 22nd May 2016. 

This is a huge deal to me especially as I get tired walking up the stairs to work.... 

The charity we're raising money for is the Booth Centre. This is an independent charity based in Manchester city centre, who offer activities, advice and support to those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in order to help them move off the streets and resettle in the community. They provide support to enable people to find new homes, improve their health and increase their skills and confidence. This is an incredible charity, on my ten minute walk to work each morning I see at least 6 homeless people, knowing I'm supporting a charity that will make a huge difference in someone's life is extremely motivating. 

If you can spare anything from £1 I would be extremely grateful and it'll make a huge difference.
