Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. This summer I am cycling a distance of 210 miles over 3 days (20, 21, 22 July 2012) from Llandovery Rugby Club to Ruislip Rugby Club, Middlesex to raise money for Dementia, with the chosen charity being the Alzheimer’s Society.
This is a really great cause and donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving and they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity. So please dig deep and donate now.
Diolch yn fawr iawn am eich caredigrwydd a'ch cefnogaeth unwaith eto at yr achos pwysig yma
What is Dementia?
The term 'dementia' describes a set of symptoms that include loss of memory, mood changes, and problems with communication and reasoning. There are many types of dementia. The most common are Alzheimer's disease and vascular dementia. Dementia is progressive, which means the symptoms gradually get worse.
