Vietnam, my birth country and home for past two years. It's been an amazing experience living in Vietnam and now it's time to give something back to the community.

Please support me in raising US$3000 to help Vietnam's poorest children in healthcare and education. This charity is not about handouts, but about building infrastructure so people can help themselves for life.

H2H is a charity bike ride that last for 1 month and covers 2000km. Which is the distance between Land's End to John o' Groats + 600km. And this will be done in the tropical heat.

The journey of raising US$3000 really does start with a small donation from you. Whatever you can afford please take your time out to donate. Here's what I'm willing to do to hit my target

• Donate $500 of my wages to kick start the campaign
• Perform 5 minutes of stand up comedy when $1500 is reached
• Shave my head when I hit US$ 2000
• 12 rounds of boxing with 3 of Saigon's top Muay Thai fighters when I hit $3000
