Working in partnership with Guildford Borough Council, Surrey Sands are raising funds to create a dedicated babies memorial garden within Guildford Crematorium.

 

There is an existing small garden within the natural informal area of the grounds which will be extended using planting and minimal hard landscaping. We are aiming to create a peaceful secluded garden in which bereaved families can sit and remember their baby, whether lost recently or long ago.  This will also become a new dedicated section for the interment of babies ashes with a selection of options for memorial plaques.
