Despite them having considerable difficulties and complications with their hearts I'm very fortunate to still have my parents around and enjoy their fun and laughter, sometimes I think I'm the old one!. The great work that BHF does with research, treatment and education has helped them and people of all ages, the very young and the young at heart, like my mum and dad to live longer and healthier lifes.  Thats why I'm fundraising for British Heart Foundation on my LEJOG challenge this Spring.
