Story

So, having been the guy at school who hated any kind of sports, in 2014 I started running due to cancer in the family, and loved every second. Found myself out there racing almost every weekend, travelling length and breadth of the country, frequently carrying a big pink jigsaw...lol

In 2015 I want to take the message of self-check,  of getting to a GP quickly when concerned....Embarrassment, Pride, Role, Stubbornness...all these words..are KILLERS....all too often men put off that GP's visit, and sometimes, by the time it finally occurs....its too late.

One hundred half and full marathons in one year, every major town and city, England, Scotland, Wales.....
