My grandad, William Glyn Thomas, or Taid as he was known, passed away three weeks ago, after suffering from two mini strokes and dementia. After witnessing first hand the effects of these illnesses we have decided to organise a charity bike ride to raise awareness and money towards research into both dementia and strokes. The money raised will be split between The Stroke Association and ALzheimer's Research UK.  All donations made on this page will go to The Stroke Association.  If you would like to donate to Alzheimer's Research UK please visit our other page justgiving.com/Taid-Glyn.

The plan is to cycle from Cardiff to Denbigh Cricket Club, on July the 30th.
