Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am part of the fundraising team for the charity Cameroon Catalyst.

Cameroon Catalyst is an international development charity which brings together students, engineers and specialists to produce sustainable development in villages in Cameroon.

Previous projects completed by the charity have involved bringing healthcare, improved education and an electricity supply to the villages of Bambouti. However, research has shown that more than 50% of the population of Cameroon still doesn't have access to safe drinking water. Cameroon Catalyst's current project is to provide access to improved water sources across the region by installing wells and pumps. The projects will use traditional construction techniques whilst integrating features to protect the water sources from contamination.

Your donation will go towards improving the living conditions of many people in Cameroon.
