On Sunday 11th October 2015, James Beesley, Katie Crosby and I are taking part in the London 3 Peaks Challenge for Stand Up To Cancer (Cancer Research). Which entails each of us running up the stairs of The Gherkin (38 floors), The Salesforce Tower (46 floors) and 200 Aldersgate (20 floors) as a relay team. Once I reach the top I will abseil down the building!! 

As you know I love a challenge for Charity and this one will be my physically fittest by far.

Cancer has been something that has effected so many people and still is. My friends and family have suffered the disease, the loss and the pressures of caring for loved ones. I want to do something to help, raise some money and some awareness.
