In November 2015 I will be joining The Coolair Cycling Charity Challenge team aiming to raise £50,000 for Challenge Cancer UK. Our challenge will entail cycling 450kms past plantations, across waterways and through Villages deep in the heart of the Mekong Delta in Vietnam, to the dry lands and contrasting sights of ancient Cambodia. After 6 days we hope to complete the ride in the town of Siem Reap at the Western Gate of Angkor Wat.

We have chosen Challenge Cancer UK as our charity benefactor who equally split the funds raised to The Christie, Prostate Cancer UK, The Macmillan, Anthony Nolan, The Eve Appeal, Cancer Research UK, CLIC Sargent, Marie Curie, Melanoma Focus & Teenage Cancer Trust.

Hopefully I will survive and return in one piece....!
