Story

Dear Friend,

Thanks for taking the time out to visit my JustGiving page.

A friend of mine suggested we do the Great South Run together. I declined his very kind offer as I hadn't done any real exercise for several years (and even then, I was a wreck by the end of it).

Then I had a thought. If I were to do it, what charity would I do it for? From that moment, I had committed myself.

I have been on my first run and it ended up with me chucking up the Golden Grahams I had for breakfast in a bush. I think I've got my work cut out...

5 reasons why you should be sponsoring me -

1) You probably haven't sponsored anyone else this month.

2) If you give me that £5, it's a lot less likely to give you hangover.

3) Your donation gives you the right to mock me with all my training and heckle me as I "participate" in the run.

4) I'm putting Blood, Sweat and Tears into something for a great cause. All you have to do is click 'donate'.

5) You will be helping to save tens of thousands of people fighting Leukaemia, Lymphoma and Myeloma - a charity very close to my heart.

Please click HERE and donate whatever you can afford.

Thank you,

Gareth
