Having recovered from my  successful trek to the roof of Africa, the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro in August. I look back with very fond memories and pride, and forwards to the next adventure.

In September 2014 I will be off to Peru!. I am trekking  part of the Andes mountain range. A 10 day trip that will involve 5 days of walking, Covering just under 60 KM in 5 days, I will reach an altitude of 4445m/14583 ft above sea level, during my journey from the city of Cusco to the historic ruins of Machu Picchu. I am doing this to raise money for Greyhound Rescue West of England (GRWE),and the amazing dogs which they look after.I am funding this trip myself which means that 100% of everything I raise will go directly to GRWE
