I have signed up to participate in a 5-day Cycle Ride through the West Bank and Jordan Valley in Palestine. This event is organised by the amazing British based charity MAP Medical Aid for Palestinians. It is a 230 km long cycle ride in late September, going from Jenin to Nablus - Jericho - Hebron - Bethlehem and East Jerusalem.... a real challenge, but not as hard as the daily challenges the Palestinians are faced with.

MAP work in many fields, local hospitals and care provider, they do psychological work, they work in the field of disability, maternity and child healthcare. All in all they do a lot of good work in a region that really needs help. For more details of what MAP do please visit:
