Story

After my trek of the Great Wall of China last year, I am now taking on my next challenge.

Next June I am climbing Mount Kilimanjaro over 7 days, trekking for up to 13 hours in one day, camping along the way. Kilimanjaro is the highest mountain in Africa and is known as the highest 'walkable' mountain in the world so your support means so much to help get me to the summit!

As you may remember, I raised money for my last challenge for The Stroke Association because of the strokes my Dad suffered. This challenge will be in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.

Dad was diagnosed with cancer in April and, after other complications, sadly died on 18 June 2012.

Dad was the bravest man I have ever known and therefore I am completing this challenge in memory and celebration of his life. Thank you in advance for your generosity.
