One of our friends father, Frank Robinson sadly passed away peacefully at his home Thursday May 29th 2014 after battling cancer.
Not only was this man a great father BUT the 65-year-old has been hailed as the first to start karaoke in Redditch in 1991 at his regular pub The Book and Candle, before taking his love of singing to The Kings Arms, The Railway, The Brockhill and The Duck Pond.
For more than 20 years he shared his passion with residents in the borough before retiring from MG Rover at 50 to enjoy time with wife Wendy and caravan holidays with his family.
His children Lisa, Jenny and Craig, said his favourite saying was ‘it’s going to be a crazy crazy night at Frank’s Karaoke’ and thanked everyone who shared the family’s memories of him.
