Story
Inspired by my fun loving 11 year old cousin Olly who had successful surgery to remove a brain tumour just last year, Oliver decided he wanted to make life a little bit more comfortable for children aged 9- 13 and their families who going through similar challenging experiences on the children’s cancer ward at Newcastle NHS Foundation Trust
Oliver has been inspiring kids and adults all of over the UK over the last year, showing them how you can still have fun whilst having cancer.
I have been totally bullied into this by Olly himself....I’ll be running the Great North Run (TOMORROW ) as part of Team Olly helping Olly raise a stack of cash for children’s services in Newcastle.
The running total is £35k at the moment. Please help me add to this very worth while cause. Anything you can give will make a difference
Please look out for us in Team Olly blue superman vests. I’ll be at the back.
