Story

Hi there Friends and fellow Wobbleberries!
Never in my wildest dreams, worst nightmares, vain hopes or ridiculous aspirations did I think that I would be signed up for this. Management seems to have gone off on a frolic of her own and whilst very commendable that she wants to ‘pull herself together’, get fit and lose those extra tyres whilst raising money for an extremely good cause, I am sure there were ways without involving me.
Quite frankly I’m amazed she was able to press the right keys and buttons to get his far but clearly we’ve made the initial hurdle of registration.

So who are we?
Well I am Flint, a 14h+ (just over on tip toes), 14 year old Connie- previously one who pranced and pointed his toes round a show ring. Just over 3 years ago Management and I met over a stable door and things were never the same again. I was introduced to airborne activities in various forms and have been made to fling myself over and round various obstacle courses with varying degrees of success either by Management or more commonly in competitions by Deputy Jockey (DJ) Sally.
By my own admission I am not the bravest and prefer formal introductions to obstacles before tackling them and take Equine Health and Safety very seriously. I dislike mud and energy-sapping hills.

For her part, Management is a 50 something silver surfing SAGA rider. She has a chronic bad back (nothing to do with me I hasten to add) and is on her admission very unfit now. Due to this her appearances in ‘party attire’ have been limited but she has decided to take herself in hand , strengthened her resolve and as one who relishes a challenge has taken it upon herself to rise to it.
Given this mammoth task with which she has now saddled us both I am hoping you might all support us in raising money for this brilliant Charity by sponsoring us generously!
I will be keeping you all updated with our progress and practising. But for now I can reveal that she has been out and replenished her stock of brave pants, parachutes and water wings.
Oh well, best hoof forward
Take care
Flint x
