Angie, my wife, best friend and soulmate was born with one leg incomplete.  Through surgeries and bad luck,  she spent many of the years of her childhood in and out of hospitals with her leg perpetually broken.  It was a close thing whether she would have lost the leg .... doctors were not hopeful!  However, she came through it and she is my inspiration and my everything.  She is proud, resourceful, tenacious and strong.

There are children out there who did not have even the chance ... they have lost limbs through no fault of their own and are just left without anyone to help or anyone to care for them.  They are children - and should have the chance that we want for all children.  Elizabeth's Legacy of Hope was born out of tragedy - and has given those children something which is vital: hope.   Whatever is raised will go in some small way to show that there are those who do still care.
