I am not really a cyclist. At least I didn’t consider myself one when I signed up for this event. What I do consider myself is a cancer survivor. Having spent a good deal of time in my twenties in cancer wards, I have seen suffering and hope first hand. Filling my thoughts during the climbs in February, will be the memory of those I shared that particular journey with. Please show your support for myself and the other riders willing to suffer for those who can’t.
