I am taking part in Palace to Palace London supported by Saudi Aramco, on 5th October 2014. I'll be cycling from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle, all in aid of The Prince's Trust. 

To add to the fun... I will be riding a tandem bike. The aim is not to stop... lower the chances of falling off.

If I raise enough I will do it in fancy dress... The choice of costume will be up to YOU! (Best suggestion wins... failing that, whatever costume I can lay my hands on - preferably something ridiculous). 

And remember when you donate to the cause... I will have to cycle back too.
