Myself, my other half alan, and colleagues from work (Gill Norman, Morag Heirs, Claire Khouja, and Emma Maund) have taken on the challenge to cycle 147 miles over 3 days in May 2010 to raise money for our chosen charities. I've usually run the 5km Race for Life with my mum in York or Harrogate but this year decided to take on a different challenge, but for the same worthwhile cause. Cancer has probably affected us all directly or indirectly in one way or another, and funding is always needed for further research in this area. So please dig deep and donate now (and think of us all peddling up those hills!).
