Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My little sister, Georgie, has a very rare form of Muscular Dystrophy and I want to raise money to help fund research into a treatment or a cure for her.

I decided a good way to do this would be to walk the 7 Hills of Edinburgh: Calton Hill, Castle Rock, Corstorphine Hill, Craiglockhart Hill, Braid Hill, Blackford Hill, Arthur’s Seat. This covers a distance of 14.2 miles and 2,200 feet of ascent.

I will be doing this on Saturday 22nd May 2021.

As many Georgie's Genes followers will know, my dad has done the annual 7 Hills race many times. I want to keep the the family tradition going, and use it to fundraise for my sister’s charity fund at the same time.

I hope to raise at least £250 and would appreciate any support you are able to give me towards my target.
