On the 6th of October this year I will be running the Cardiff Half Marathon for Prostate Cymru. 

6 and a half years ago I lost my amazing Grampy, who meant the world to me. Despite the time which has passed, I still struggle on a regular basis to come to terms with the fact that he is no longer here.

I've decided to do something positive in his name, and raise money for a great charity. Any donations would be really appreciated.
