Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

It's Ferryhill Wheelers 90th Anniversary in 2016 and to mark this occasion we are going to ride 300 miles in aid of 'Help for Heroes'.

Over two days, the 23rd and 24th July 2016 we will attempt to ride Ferryhill to the coast (Saltburn) to the coast (Morecambe) and back to Ferryhill.

The route is extremely difficult and includes approx 6000m of climbing.

Andrew Watson, Peter Rowland, James Falconer, Shaun Wakes, Andrew Charlesworth, Neil Laverick, Karl Teesdale, John Marshall, John O'Donnell, Robert Spink, Hugh Wharton, Keith Birbeck, Carl Mustill, Gary Taylor, Steve Davies, Simon Binks, David Ramsey & Dougan Collins, will be riding the entire route individually.

Amanda & Gary Hetherington may be riding as a team.

Family and friends will be involved driving support vehicles, handing out bottles, helping at foodstops and collecting donations along the route.

Thanks again for your interest and any size donation would be greatly appreciated.
