We fund bone cancer research & grant wishes to seriously ill people #makingmemories

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I've dusted off my riding boots(not my jacket or breeches, they have appear to have  shrunk in the wardrobe!!) to compete in a competition called the Wobbleberry challenge.. this event was set up in memory of Hannah Francis who lost her life to bone cancer. The willbery charity raise money for cancer research and to provide wishes for terminally ill people

The event involves me doing a dressage test, show jumping and ride around a cross country course (all in one day) next year, this gives  me and my four legged friend time to practice (and boy do we need plenty of it)  I haven't ridden competitively since the 80s and have only been an occasional hacker since. My partner in crime Oreo a 15.2hh 8yr old Irish sports horse hasn't done any sporting activities yet either! I'm sure when I find us each a big pair of brave pants we will be fine, fingers crossed!!

We all have or know of friends or family who have affected by cancer either winning, losing or still fighting. It is an horrible disease with no regard to whom it attacks. Please donate to my challenge to help fund research for a cure and make a difference to families suffering from it. Thank you
