I was one of the lucky ones to get into the London Marathon ballot for 2015. I immediately knew that I would be running it for SpecialEffect. I've run a marathon before though, twice actually, so I decided that I needed to do something more to help raise as much money as possible for this awesome charity.

So the Year of Challenges was thought up. I'm not just doing one event for SpecialEffect. I'm doing a whole bunch! Below is the current list of confirmed events that I will be taking part in and a list of possibles.

CONFIRMED EVENTS

February: GameBlast15 - 24 hour gaming marathon

March: Silverstone Half Marathon - 13.1 miles of running

April: The London Marathon - 26.2 miles of running

July: The British 10k - 10k of running in a dashing costume

POSSIBLE EVENTS/WAITING FOR CONFIRMATION

June: Three Peaks challenge

October: Spending the night somewhere that's reportedly haunted
