To support him and raise money for this wonderful charity, staff and club members have got together to take part in the monstrous Rock Solid Race at Escot, near Exeter. Taking on the mud, 8ft nets, barbed wire, ice, hydroslide, climbing walls, hills, sprints and more mud, the men's team and the ladies' team are going head to head to win! Plus donate as generously as you can!
