Thanks for visiting our JustGiving Page! We're cycling to support the amazing work that Mind - The Mental Health Charity do. We will be cycling approxiametly 9000 kms through four countries in South East Asia. As well as raising money for 'Mind' we will be participating in volunteer projects along the route. 

We will be starting our journey in Bangkok with the first day of cycling commencing on 18/09/15. The plan will be to cycle up through the north of Thailand, across Loas and enter northern Vietnam. We will then cycle from the north to the south of Vietnam. The next leg will be to cycle through Cambodia and Loas and enter back into Thailand. We will return to the UK on 20/12/15 hopefully reaching our target of raising £1000 for 'Mind'.
