Story
Hello Everybody!
Thank you for taking time to visit my page! On the 24th July 2011 I will be cycling 57 miles from London to Cambridge for the second time to help raise money for the charity Brain Tumour Research.
Why I'm raising money for Brain Tumour Research...
On the 19th of August 2009, a family member and friend Taylan Rawlinson passed away at a early age of 7 years old. He had been diagnosed with a very rare and inoperable brain tumour in October 2008.
Taylan's parents, Andy and Figen, have founded Taylan's Project www.taylansproject.com and are now fundraising for http://www.braintumourresearch.org/ to raise awareness and much needed funds. In the UK more children and people under the age of 40 die of a brain tumour than any other cancer however research into brain tumours receives less than 1% of the national spend on cancer research.
With your support, we can make a difference, so please dig deep and donate now. Thanks again for your time for visiting my page.
