In March I embarked on a training program -  C210K (Couch potato to 10K!)  Giving myself just 14 weeks to get in shape.  It's been a challenge to find time and energy to get out and run, but, not impossible and I'm pleased to say I'm on track and starting to look forward to race day!  You can read more about my training journey on my blog... www.covmumontherun.blogspot.co.uk
