We work at a nursing home/Learning disabilities home with the elderly who have learning disabilities, dementia and other age related illnesses. Our grandmother had dementia and lived with my dad and mum who was her carer for 2 years before she sadly passed away so this is a charity close to our heart.

AgeCare is dedicated to the care and wellbeing of older people who are frail or suffering from dementia, promoting and researching best practice in residential and nursing care in its homes. So This charity means a lot to us.
