After many years of consideration and deliberation I have finally decided it’s time to feel the fear and do a charity challenge anyway! So I’ve signed up to cycle 480k around India (gulp).
I’m doing it to raise money for a charity very close to my heart – Amnesty International. AI campaigns on a wide range of human rights issues, from poverty and violence to control of the arms trade, promoting and protecting civil liberties such as political association, religion and sexuality and abolishing the use of torture and the death penalty. Without AI many people around the world would be suffering even greater injustices at the hands of despotic governments. As someone with a keen interest in politics and an even keener belief in human rights and civil liberties, I hope you will join me in showing your gratitude for the fundamental freedoms you enjoy and dig deep for a vital cause to help protect those of your fellow human being. When you make a donation the amount will be hidden so please give whatever you can, no matter how small!

Thank you very, very much
Emily
Ps thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
So please dig deep and donate now.
