I am running the Bristol 10k on 5th May in memory of the beautiful Ella Redman who lost her battle with cancer in November at the age of 20.  Martin and I were privileged to be introduced to the Redman girls by Gaynor and Ian and have some wonderful memories of 3 fantastic Greek holidays we spent with them in 2008, 2009 and 2010.

Having spent over 100 days in hospital on an adult cancer ward, Ella desperately wanted to raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust  so her family and friends have taken up the cause.  Please help me, and the Run for Ella team, raise as much money as possible for the Teenage Cancer Trust's South West Appeal so other young people who are battling with this terrible disease won't have to feel so isolated.
