Me and Alun are going to walk the length of Wales on the old Offa's Dyke path in October. We will walk 177  miles in 6 days, carrying tents, food and everything we need.

We hope to raise money for the Help for Heroes campaign to assist all those members of the armed services who have been affected by events on active tours of duty.

I'm sure most of you know someone who has been affected in some way by in recent years.
