On the 17th of June I will be taking part in a 45 mile trek from the Lady Bower resevoir in the peak district all the way to the center of Derby. We are doing this walk in memory of Jamie Margetts and to raise awareness and support for mental health issues.

Every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem, and as life threatening it can be, it's still seen as a stigma for many in our society. With the help of Mind and events like this we're hoping to change that. Please give if you can.
