Royal Parks Half Marathon 2015 · 11 October 2015 ·
Ladies and Gentlemen,
I hope you are all well and had a good weekend.
I apologise in advance for tapping you all for this as I am aware everyone gets a message most days asking whether they can donate, but I can assure you this is for a really good cause and a donation, no matter how big or small will make a massive difference.
As you will be all aware with the mammoth amount of training I have been putting in, I have in fact signed up to do The Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon along with 20 of my brothers friends potentially in banana suits which will quicken me up.
The charity which we have all chosen to run for is The Royal Marsden Hospital which is an incredible charity which carries out ground-breaking work daily and has helped to nurture my brother’s health over the last 2 years which I will be forever grateful for.
If any of you fancy donating then please visit my justgiving page (link below)which I have carried on from last year, a donation however big or small will make a massive difference and mean a lot to me.
Imagine a future beyond cancer. At The Royal Marsden they are dedicated to making this happen, treating over 50,000 patients each year.
It is a world-leading cancer centre that pioneer new treatments to save lives, using tried and tested research every day to provide the very best in diagnosis, treatment and care for their patients.
The revolutionary way in which they treat people in their hospitals has far-reaching impact, nationally and internationally.
This kind of pioneering work costs money. By pursuing this challenge along with 40 of my brother’s friends, we aim to raise £15,000 and with your help I have no doubt we will eclipse it. With your generosity by donating to such a great cause you do not just support The Royal Marsden, you are investing in a future beyond cancer for you and for everyone you know.
