Story
I was planning a non-charity cycle ride to Paris. I intended to take the Eurostar on the way back, and brilliantly accidentally bought a ticket from London-Paris.
When Eurostar refused to change my ticket, I fired a word typhoon at them, only getting them to relent my mentioning that the ride was 'for charity'. Which it most definitely wasn't.
Thus, to keep the pigeons of karma from cluster-pooing on the rest of my life, I've decided to try and raise the price of the Eurostar ticket plus credit card charge (£93) to give to Action Aid.
In fairness, I don't think Action Aid have anything to do with trains or bicycles...but maybe after this, they'll pull their fingers out.
Please donate loads of money to make my lie a forgivable one.
