For some mad reason I've decided to bike 45 miles from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle on Sunday 2nd October. 

I'm starting to get my miles up and get used to being in the saddle with my padded shorts, but that is only the beginning! I need your support to raise money for our young people and the Princes Trust.
