After not riding a bike for about 6 years, Joe joins his brother Jason (who couldn't ride a bike anyway) and his mate Bill (who came last place in the 2012 Tour of Flanders Sportive but first in the Great Roath Bake-Off) to attempt the Carten 100 2013. After only four weeks of training and strong westerly head winds (and rain) predicted there is a good chance everyone will get their money back.
