When Tom came home and said that he would like to participate in the Parmiters' Three Peak Challenge, I was surprised to say the least! Of course I tried to talk him out of it, but I also thought about the amazing experience he would have and what an achievement it would be for him. After careful consideration we decided on the 48hour challenge.Then we had to find a couple more people to join us, a driver and another walker. Eventually, to my delight, my dad, David and brother, Andy volunteered! As the date draws ever closer I am starting to feel extremely apprehensive and Tom is, as ever, oblivious!!!

We are raising money for a covered outdoor area for Tom's school (Parmiter's) and also for the Teenage Cancer Trust.

We have had a few meetings regarding the challenge and the most inspiring was when the Teenage Cancer Trust came in to speak about what they do.
