My Family, Friends and I are participating in the Electric run London, we will be walking to music around the lit up paths of Wembly Park in Flourescent clothing and glow sticks!!! We are doing this to raise well needed funds for Breast Cancer Care. This is a Charity very close to my heart, I was diagnosed with Grade 3 Ductal Carcinoma (Cancer) in Dec 2010, I underwent two lots of surgery and a year of dreadful treatment. After that terrible year my family and I started to get on with our lives, then Oct 2013 we were shattered to receive another blow that the Cancer had returned this was 18 months after I had finished treatment from my first diagnoses!!! I then underwent more surgery and I am currently having to endure another year of that horrendous treatment. Cancer has stripped me of everything that makes us feminine, and I will not get that back, so if we can raise some money to help and support other women and men who sadly are diagnosed with this dreaded disease then I feel I have helped as Breast Cancer Care have helped me through these years.
