2015 will change my life, that's the idea any way!

I've decided to take part in my first Triathlon. It's a big challenge for me, As I'm not a natural athlete! I have spent the last few years looking after my children, and getting on with things.

But I  heard #TEAMHELEN was raising money for Cancer research in memory of Helen.  I lost my mom (Jenny Goring), other family members and friends to cancer, so it's a cause close to my heart. This is my chance to help make a difference, and raise some money for research into this terrible disease.

So as I drag myself across the finish line in September I will remember my beloved mom and Helen.
