Most of you that know me know that my horses are my passion and my goal for a long time has been to complete a BE event. Each year goes by and still no event. I am taking part in this challenge not only to kick cancers butt but to kick my own into action this year and finally achieve my goal. It will be a lot of work and probably a few bruises and tears but I have the determination and support to finally get round a BE80 and raise money for a great cause at the same time.

For my non horsey friends and family BE is British Eventing. British Eventing (BE) is the Great Britain governing body for the equestrian sport of eventing. The organisation both regulates the sport and organises nearly 200 affiliated events across the country. I will be doing a one day event which is dressage, showjumping and cross country in the one day.
