I'm participating in the Prince's Trust Palace to Palace bike ride on Sunday 2 October to raise much needed funds to support the amazing work the trust is involved in.

my little legs pedalling all the way from Buckingham palace to Windsor castle, a total of 45 miles. Which will probably take about 4 hours depending on weather, hills and caffeine stops 😀

Thanks for al of your support, I'm definitely going to need incentives to get all the way to Windsor surrounded by super keen men in Lycra wearing funny shaped helmets!!
