We are running a Sunday Chill out Pilates Class on Sunday 13th November at 4pm in Memory of Kirsty. I would like raise money to donate towards the family’s chosen charity ‘when you wish upon a star’ this is a wonderful charity any donations are most gratefully received. See you on the mat. 

Kirsty started Pilates at Centre of inner Light in Rainham back in 2008 and carried on taking classes at The Oast in Sittingbourne with me until 2021. She was a part of my original pilates family. 

We will all miss her in class as friend and as a class member.  Please join us for tea and Pilates or donate if you can.
