My family, like many has been affect by cancer. Both my maternal grandparents lost their fight against Breast Cancer. My mum is currently fighting (and winning against) this nasty cancer. My Aunt has beaten breast cancer. The fight for our family and many like us goes on.

I will be running (!!!!!) the Bupa London 10,000

This is a massive step forward for me as in July I couldn't run to the loo, such was my level of fitness. I made the decision following my mums diagnosis to turn my life around and have lost 3 stone and am followed the couch to 5k plan and getting better every day.
