Story

A group of Deans friends and people who have never met Dean before who want to raise money for a worthwhile cause have decided to take on the 168 mile off road C2C coast to Coast in 3 days, in aid of the Tom Church Foundation. The foundation after viewing Deans story have agreed to support Dean in his rehabilitation and funding for the Bebionic prosthetic arm.
This is a worthy cause and I ask for anyone willing to donate any amount possible, this would be gratefully received.
Thank you in advance.

Also I would like to say thanks to all riders for their support, these are Myself, Dean Canny, Liam Maskell, Brendan Philbin, Gaz Milner, Thomas Mooney and also the support team Lesley, Jana and Talia.

Please see below a short story about Dean.
Dean is 31 and he was diagnosed with cancer, he has been battling with this for over 4 years. It is a cancer known as sarcoma which is a type of epithelioid. Epithelioid sarcoma is a rare disease that affects young Adults especially in the upper limbs. Sadly there is not a great deal of knowledge and understanding as there are only a few people in the world with this unpredictable disease.
Dean has be pushed to his limits fighting this disease. After many operations which included, the amputation of two of his fingers on his right hand, skin grafts and radiation, he finally had to make the big decision of amputating his arm In the fight to battle his disease. Deans is a positive and energetic man with a big future ahead of him with the help of family, friends, people who have never met him and the Tom Church Foundation is determined not to let anything stand in his way.  Thanks for taking the time to read his story.
