Well those of you who know me well enough will already be aware of the very sad story of my brother in law, Peter.  Two years ago we lost Peter very suddenly to this unbelievably cruel illness and it left a big hole in the lives of many of us!

So in memory of Peter we are digging out our trainers again, training hard (yeah right I hear you all say), and have committed to run, (and finish!) the Great South Run on Sunday October 24th in Portsmouth.
