This is a cause very close to my heart.

A blood cancer diagnosis is a very hard blow, but with the support of family & friends, great medical teams, and advancing therapies, amazing outcomes are possible.

My wonderful mother was hit by leukaemia (AML), my aunt by myeloma, and a great colleague AG by lymphoma. These cancers are all around us and we can all help.

Although she reached remission twice I lost my mother, but many, many people win their lives back through stem cell donation therapies. I want to help all sorts of people like AG and my mother have the chance of a recovery and a new life in the face of a tough disease.

DKMS do fantastic work to find blood stem cell donors and match them to patients. Finding a matching donor can mean the chance of a life-saving treatment.
